1.) Fixya - by the name itself, the site pays you by sharing your knowledge regarding on how to fix something and give instructions on how to use certains items. You can earn money at Fixya by being an expert about something. When someone calls you, chats you, or you answered a problem through posts and you provided the right solution, you make money. One of the easiest problems that I've seen in Fixya is about recovering a yahoomail account. Helpful answers may range from $2 - $15. However you can also make above $15 by writing tips and how-to's that is being rated according to quality and popularity.

2.) BidAnswers - makes you money by answering any kinds of questions, anything that will be posted by an asker. Typical values per questions that I observed here are $1 - $5, reasonable enough for some short helpful answers  that a solution provider may propose.

3.) CommunityKnowledge - allows you to make money through your adsense publisher account. When your answer is chosen as a best answer to a particular, your adsense ads will be displayed on the page of that question.

4.) WebAnswers - the same as Community Knowledge.

5.) Student of Fortune - answer questions about different subject matters and make money from cents up to dollars. Questios' value vary. lowest value I've seen: $.5 highest value I've seen: $75

6.) Chacha - make money by being a guide. Make money at an average rate of $3 - $9 per hour. They are running also a promotion now wherein one could win a brand new car of his/her choice. Open only for USA.

7.) JustAnswer - probably the best. It offers high value per each question that I noticed range from$8 to $88. Accepts international members and displays amounts in your own currency.
